Overview

OctoComps sells competition tickets through WooCommerce, backed by a custom ticket management system and its own database table. On top of the storefront sits a wallet for user balances, referral and bonus systems, gift cards, and birthday and free-ticket coupons. The result is a full competitions business, not just a checkout.

Because the product handles money, the admin surface is as important as the shopfront. Player controls, an admin draw manager, and a reviews manager run inside the same platform, with live support during draws.

Live and hardened

The platform was live in production when reviewed in July 2026. Payments and account flows were hardened through two rounds of adversarial security review, and the player controls are built into the platform rather than bolted on.
